We proclaim the authority of God’s Word without apology. Because we herald the very words of God, we do so with confidence and boldness. We are a church that preaches applicational and consecutive exposition. The job of those who preach is to expose the truth that the Holy Spirit intended for the text and apply it rightly for life transformation. We are Christ-centered in our preaching with the conviction that every passage in Scripture finds its end in Jesus.
We preach the truth.

1 Corinthians 2:1-8
2 Tim 4:1-2  “1. I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.”
2 Tim 3:16-17 “16. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”
1 Tim 4:13 “13 Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching.”

We lift high the name of Jesus through worship. When we worship something, we say, “This one is worth more, and everything else is worth less.” We worship God because He alone is worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. Worshiping God is the act of magnifying God and minimizing ourselves. Worship is not merely worshipful actions that we may accomplish throughout our weeks and days but the intentional, direct, and vertical act of ascribing worth directly to God. When we gather, one of the ways we worship Jesus is through song, not as a warm-up to the main course of the service, the preaching, but as the fire in the furnace that drives our entire gathering. When we pick songs to sing as a church, we consider that we are ascribing worship to God, not about God, assuming He is in the room with us. When we worship God, we worship with our whole being- mind, body, and soul. We worship in spirit and truth.”

Jn 4:23-24 – “23. But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

We believe firmly in the power of prayer. We pray unceasing, fervent, faith-driven, and expectation-filled prayers that invite God to reveal His glory and show up in power in our lives and our church. We pray like the King of heaven is listening, ready to pour out His grace, favor, and blessing. We pray with a humble and desperate posture, knowing that if God does not show up, nothing else matters. We pray everywhere, about everything, and in every way. Prayer is our wartime walkie-talkie with a direct line to our commander-in-chief. We believe that in God’s perfect sovereignty, He uses the prayers of His people to bring about His will. Prayerlessness is active disobedience. We pray according to the truth.

1 Th 5:17 – “17pray without ceasing”
Ps 127: 1 –”1 Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.

We are unafraid and bold in our pursuit to bear witness to the truth. We share the good news of Jesus with others directly and clearly. We have a basis for action when it comes to pursuing the lost. To this end, we live on mission daily in our sphere of influence. As Christians, we are called to be ambassadors, fishers of men, and stewards of God’s mysteries. Every follower of Jesus has the responsibility and privilege to share the gospel, always ready to give a defense for the hope we have. We are to live with devotion to our Heavenly King, empowered to fearlessly proclaim the truth of Christ, as He calls us not to fear those who can harm the body but cannot touch the soul. We believe that if we are not willing to be the aroma of death to those who are perishing, we cannot be the aroma of life to those who are being saved. We are a community compelled by God’s glory and Christ’s work to declare the gospel boldly. We believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only good news that brings salvation and necessarily must be proclaimed for salvation. We testify to the truth.

Eph 6:19-20 “19 and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.Acts 1:8 “8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
